1. The service

DineDrop is a food delivery platform connecting customers, restaurants, and couriers across Canada. During the demo period, restaurant listings are illustrative and ordering and payments are simulated.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering as a customer, restaurant, or courier.

3. No scraping or automated collection

You may not use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access, collect, or copy restaurant listings, menus, prices, images, or any other content on this platform without our prior written permission. Systematic retrieval of content to create or populate another database, website, or application is prohibited.

4. Content ownership

Restaurant names, menus, photos, and descriptions belong to their respective owners or to DineDrop. The platform's design, logo, and text are owned by DineDrop. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

5. Orders and payments

While payments are in demo mode, no real charges occur. When live payments launch, all prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes shown at checkout.

6. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, DineDrop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
